I'd say get a PS4 first, since you have a Vita to go with it. PS+ has been a great service and well worth the money.

There's no way I can pass it up, I'll have to pull the $15 bucks outta my ass somehow. I really wanted to get Child of Light first, I super want to play that game, but haven't gotten to it yet. Been a good year so far for smaller games... Non-AAA titles. I kind of like it that way.
I would want them all. Since I already have WiiU and PS4, I think Microsoft did a good job of showing the games, and not focusing on other stuff like the multimedia features of the console.
This and the price drop make me want to finally purchase an Xbox One. That said, I'm not going to run out and buy it. I'll wait until there is a game I must have, or a cool game bundle. Or some sort of special deal around the holidays.
Right now, it't time to buy a WiiU. Next year, it will be time to buy an Xbox one. PS4 has already been purchased.
