Oddly enough i can play online also, just can't use store, PlayStation now, and some other things like i can't edit my account info i instead get error (CE-35327-0). Sony servers are probably overloaded because of the PlayStation Now free trial or something.

Yeah, I'm having problems, i can sign in but the store doesn't work and i keep getting a message saying PSN is undergoing maintenance. I also can't use PlayStation Now because it can't connect to server to verify the license.

It has the best graphics of any racer and it get's over looked due to it's release issues, it's a really good game, but i wouldn't say best racer of the year, having played both i'd have to say Horizon 2 is a more complete and enjoyable game. There's more to do and it's just a deeper game.

It's funny too with ubisoft, Assassin's Creed Unity had post launch embargo and it turned out to be a buggy mess. The video you posted proves that the game preforms badly though... yes he has it running around 60fps for the most part, but then randomly without any change in gameplay or situation it'll drop from 60 to 38 then back to 60 for awhile and then dip to 40, it drops frames like crazy, and even if 38fps is a decent frame rate if it was at a constant 38 or 40, when a game drops from 60fps to 38 fps from one frame to the next it causes a noticeable freeze or stutter.

Yes, the game runs terribly, and honestly, what's the point of having all the extra npcs, they are so lifeless and don't do anything for the game, would much rather have less npcs but the game actually be playable, the npcs are just filler and don't help the immersion in any way because a bunch of them glitch and pop in anyway, i don't see the point. Noobisoft is getting really lazy and making really weird decisions
Yeah, that's why i said maybe i'm missing something, but i watched a lot of the stream on ps4 and it just doesn't look very fun, the graphics are nice, and it is still in alpha but so far it hasn't done anything for me.

The rest mode glitch happened to me twice so for now i'm just turning the ps4 off, hopefully they release a hotfix soon for people experiencing this.

yeah that's exactly how it was on ps3, i just did it when i was at there house because i don't like sharing passwords, then he has the game too, on his account, even if i'm not on. when the ps3 first came out you were able to do it on up to 5 consoles and then i think they limited it to 2 consoles later on.
Got mine on sale in Canada for $799 during the holidays (i had $100 in store credit), it's currently at $899 here, worth every penny imo. You can surely find it even cheaper than that in the States
