One problem I have with DLC this: I really want to buy BOTH BF3 and MW3 (who will both most likely have many DLC add-ons), but I feel like I can only really support one with all the extra money they will eventually be asking for. I feel like I can only justify buying one game, only because of the DLC... yet I want it ALL!
There's gotta be a trophy/achievement for that!
This very site, MP1st actually had a post on how the disk was required, but was then later updated after DICE stated it wasn't. Bit of a mess up on the dev side.
I think this is so true. How can a year old multiplayer review of a game like Call of Duty: Black Ops or Battlefield: Bad Company 2 still be relavent?

Well remember, It wasn't DICE saying all the bad stuff about MW3, it was EA, to be fair.
If you look closely, the devs on each side are actually very friendly with each other. It's the publishers that are at each other's throats.
Battlefield is a game that I can play with my friends AND my friends' dads.
I hope BF3 won't sell as much as MW3. I enjoy the battlefield community the way it is right now.
It does almost seem like that they are trying to weed people out of the beta. Could be scared of having their servers crash on day one.
There should have been some sort of registration code you needed to enter when you first put the MoH disc in.
It is a bit odd. I was tempted to sell MoH as well. I guess being lazy paid off :)
I guess it might be a little hard for defenders if they had to constantly worry about Jets. I wonder if that's the reasoning behind it or perhaps something else?
