I was more upset with the absolutely worthless and pointless dialogue system. It was a copy and paste job from The Old Republic.
In fact, I think Dragon Age 2 per se was a victim of the Old Republic. It feels as if DA 2 was cobbled together from scraps of TOR with a small budget.
I thought the skill system was superior and more fun in Dragon Age 2. I also recall Fenris had a very believable angry out-burst.
