They though the problem was the lack of power (which did hurt them a ltl bit) but the real issue was and still is the lack of games... What do you want a gaming device for? To presume with your friends on how many teraflops the damn thing has? or to play a lot of games: 1stP, 3rdP, exclusives, indies, classics, online...? What's the point on having native 4k 60FPS when the only game you have to show is Forza19 (great rain! the game is soooooo BORING!)

It's not a good product for the masses. If MS release games I'm interested in, I'll buy one. But unless they do that, and lower the price, it won't sell.

Sure! and it could be 3 times more powerful. But without games is just a box... Why would you want to buy that? MS is so out of touch, I remember the early 2000's when they were doing something unique.
What made Xbox a great brand? The games. Halo, Fable, KORepublic, Gears, Alan Wake, and yes Crackdown (but not that crap you show, it was edgy at the time), Mass Effect

The only game they showed people would be interested in buying this machine for is Anthem: and is not even an exclusive... and I don't mean it in the "it's a console exclusive not exclusive/exclusive" sense, I mean, it launches the same day on PS4... People complained on the Switch reveal, and that was far from perfect, but at least the switch launch with Zelda and Oddisey soon... I'm baffled on how bad the presentation was: you don't even need a high end PC to play ...
