I'm pretty sure this is a review of the single player experience.
RPG's typically don't have online modes so it's not that surprising.

Really good score. And $20 for a 12 hour game, damn I wish more games were that price considering they're even shorter.
It's longer than most games and half the cost. Rockstar sure knows how to do it.
