You can update all the premier league and bundesliga with option file, I did that with my PES2016 and look even better, you can always do the option file thing with USB in PES in PS
PSN also have a bundle with all DLC at 14.99

Yeah I tough the same thing, maybe they want to cash in with ps3 has ps2 classic and then months later release a PS4 version with Trophies and HD without cross buy like all other ps2 classic in ps4 and then charge us twice. :/
First breath of fire 3 in US store and now Dragon Quarter for PS3, I tough it will be better has PS4 Ps2 classic with HD and trophies, but well its a start, hope this is a sign of a new Breath of Fire for next gen console and portable with great dragon system :D
