Read neogaf, that had some interesting talk about Gddr5 vs DDr3. But they only way at this point i can see the games being the same on both systems will be if a dev/publisher decides to intentionally dumb down the PS4 version of the game.

You misunderstand. They are paying devs not to being their ps4 versions of games to e3 in any capacity because MS is so behind on games and they wanna make it seem even. MS doesn't care about gaming.
