Quick point: what you pay for a GPU isnt what Sony/MS/Nintendo pays for a GPU. But I agree with the reat of your points. Console will always be behinds PC in raw tech, as always its up to the developer to make a good and beautiful game.
More important than anything i want the game to be good, I really dont get this obessession with 60 fps. I've played games running no more than 18-20 fps and loved it and played games 60fps and hated it. In an ideal world we could have evverything, but if push comes to shove i'd rather have an immersive world than 60fps.

Would be cool. Would have to play test them to death to make sure the maps were even. But having 3 or 4 more maps and maybe even having different things affect heros (weather, etc) would be cool.

God of war is already on handhelds..... Generally larger studios dont work on the vita (naughty dog, SSM, Sucker punch) they usually give vita titles to younger and smaller development studios to hone their skills (see Ready at Dawn).

Diablo 3 sold 10 million copies (not sure if that includes digital copies). If they didnt make profit from that then something is fundamentally wrong.
You get a hour of the game to play as much as you want but then after that you have to buy. Not every game has it but some do.
