I've been following since TOCA 1 myself, and I've found each game but showdown to be fantastic.

They even list a system that costs less than 400 that runs games better than a ps4/x1
And don't talk about a OS, Windows 7 is free on unlimted trial, you are just not allowed backgrounds or a sound recorder by default.

You will easily see the difference.
