Do what I did, convince a friend to share some of the cost with you and play it co-op. When it comes out, he'll give me some cash and I'll buy it and we'll play it co-op on my 360.
It IS too expensive, had they priced it at 800 points, both me and my friend would have bought it, earning them a total fo 1600 points, now they only get the 1200.
Don't buy this, don't let epic continue to ass rape you with this bullchit. The game still doesn't work nearly as good as it should, even the hardcore fans realize it (but they don't care because they have a man-crush on Cole).

Really? Because I read somewhere that the US release was region free and that if I wanted to import, it would be ok. Can't remember where I read that though, could be wrong. I'm getting mixed messages from google now, some say yes, other (most) say no.

People DO still play this a lot, I played some today, and it was as awesome as yesterday and the day before that, and the day before that etc.
I won't be buying this dlc though, I bought the two previous ones and I regret it because I basically never get to play them. Today I had to search for them specifically to actually play them, at least I got some trophies, yay.......

It's actually region free on the x360 too... At least this game is. X360 looks better, unsurprisingly for a multiplatform game, but I just bought it (TODAY, yay!) for my ps3 because I found it really cheap at the swedish version of eBay. And I prefer the DS3 for fighters anyway.

Dunno, all I know is that it'll be the first word i try should I ever play this game, followed by cöck (without the ¨) and Ryu Hayabusa.
Wipeout HD is THE game that gives you most value for money, seriously, it doesn't even cost half of most of my other games and still manages to look as good (or better) as most of them as well as provide me with pretty much infinite replayability.
Awesome, just awesome. The devs have my respect and loyalty, I'll get fury no doubt!
