That's a common argument amongst casual gamers, I mean GOW-fans: that the combat system is only as complex as you make it.
Well, no, that is a complete and utter lie. Yes there is a difference between mashing buttons and deliberatively trying to build combos, but it absolutely minimal. Up untill the hardest difficulty, the game can be cleared by simply button mashing. Not to mention the fact that the game does absolutely nothing to encourage the use of advanced combos. If...
