@KwietStorm, I don't know....if they get Megan Fox and some Lambos....
Yeah really odd. I hope we see more of their games make it to the big screens. Like Killzone or Resistance.
@Larry, yes I have played both Battlefront 1 and 2 AND Battlefield 2. I do realize that the gameplay in both games are similar (Battlefront is quite more chaotic however). When I say what I said I mean I want it to be a Battlefront game and not something that looks like it could be included as a DLC pack for BF4. Battlefront is much more chaotic, even on very large maps like Hoth, it was still very fast paced, I want that kept and many other small features but of course adding new innovative ...
@justastranger10, there is only one ad in that pic and it's for a video game! Not fucking Doritos.
Why is it EA out of all publishers? I should be happy, but they're going to milk it until we want no more. They'll release a tonne of DLC with content that should have been in the game from the start and hold back content for the next game instead of including it in the first game!
The only upside I can think of is that it's being made by DICE and they seem to be taking it seriously rather than treating it like a side project.
I just really hope this doesn't turn out to be a Battlefield game with a Star Wars theme. I also hope they give us bots.
Same, but I just want Monster Hunter on Vita! T_T
The thing is, it's not that costly to port the game over to another platform. Also, there's a huge difference between €100 and over €1 million and I can't imagine the budget was too high (Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is not an AAA title). Remember, games sell for around €50. They only need to sell 20,000 copies to make €1 million. As of May 8, 2012, the game has sold 1.07 million copies worldwide. So around €50 million? I would imagine over 40% of those copies were sold o...
Or guys, just a wild guess here, maybe Sony paid Namco for it to be exclusive? Do you really think Namco would make the game exclusive to PS3 just because it wasn't selling as well on other platforms? Doubtful. Money is money.
Nah, it's free to play on PC & PS4
Only game I liked from them was Monster Hunter, but I hate them considering they don't give a crap about anyone outside of Japan. However, sincere condolences go out to those who lost their jobs.
Doubt we'll be seeing a Playstation All-Stars sequel anytime soon due to the fact that the sales for the game were below expectations. Never say never though http://www.playstationlifes...
If it's Ratchet and Clank, I pray to God that they go back to what made the game fun. None of this tower defense or All 4 One stuff. Something like A Crack in Time would be awesome in my opinion.
I really hope it's a new IP...not God of War or anything to do with Dust. All we've seen from Santa Monica is God of War. I know they've help with a lot of projects but I want a new IP solely made by them. Granted the God of War series is amazing, you shouldn't milk something regardless of it being good or bad.
Completely agree with you. I think they should have made GT6 for PS4. Instead of giving us GT5.5 for PS3. Really, most of the stuff in this game could have been released as DLC for GT5.
This game needs to come to the EU!
Well you could ask any company why their name is what it is :P The company is Russian if that helps. Try to not get them confused with Gaijin Games, two completely different studios.
War Thunder! and PlanetSide 2...which wasn't on that list!
@hakis, I'd say when they say the UK and US, they mean Europe and North America. The PS3 was released on the same day for most of Europe, including Norway. As was the PS2. We can only hope I guess.
People NEED to try out War Thunder. Lacking a lot of players now on PC (Around 30,000 a day). I really hope it does well on PS4 and won't be sitting at the back of the PS Store after a week of release.
(PS: War Thunder is optimized for everyone on PC, so even the crappiest of graphics cards will run the game (Intel HD graphics for one)and still look good.)
