I liked seeing Home, but the guy who made this needs to a) stop with the crappy music, and b) get over himself.

Don't put any links to this site at N4G, and we might be able to stop this from happening in the future. It's so sad, really. I didn't believe it for a second, as far as the Blu-Ray X-Box goes. It's too soon for them to have had a back up plan.
I was looking for someone else who brought this up. We get a slightly better looking game with much faster load times BECAUSE THE 360 CAN'T SAVE TO A HDD!!!

What's so confusing? Sony has stated that they're going to have a two tier SKU system. One SKU that has a lower price point, smaller HD, no BC, and the other SKU has a bigger HD, BC, more inputs, and costs more. Two SKUs, always have been, and probably always will be.
I doubt Sony would throw that kind of money at a game if a) it's been as poorly managed as she says, and b) it's a mediocre game. The fact that her "friendo" says there's poor management, high turnover at Guerilla, and that Insomniac is mad at GG leads me to believe that this is a stereotypical 'disgruntled employee with an axe to grind.'

This reviewer says that it's not going to be the best car game out this year. So what's going to beat it?? I can only think of Gran Turismo, but that's a completely different experience, right? My bro and I played Burnout last night for hours and hours. Great game!!!

As soon as a retailer like Best Buy or Wal-Mart stops selling HD-DVD, that will end the format war. Toshiba won't admit defeat as long as their players and movies are in stores. Once Wal-Mart says "enough", then Toshiba will have to stop. Now that people are clearly ignoring HD-DVD, it's only a matter of time.
Both systems should be optimized with the highest quality settings. That way, you can see what the limits of the system are. Let's face it, if someone's going to GT to see a comparison video, he/she would know how to optimize their settings.
Sony isn't stopping anyone from putting porn on Blu-Ray. They've even made statements to that effect. Don't know where they got their sources.
Sony will still want to lower the price of Blu-Ray for one reasn: it's in competition with standard DVD players. If Bu-Ray can get sufficient market penetration, then perhaps even your grandmother will want one, but that won't happen if the price is too steep. In that way, you won't even care that Blu-Ray discs don't have DVD format stamped on the other side.
The general populace who want to OWN movies will never want to be bothered with having to buy a back up hard drive solution themselves (who wants the hassle?). I think Sony made a BRILLIANT move at CES by announcing that Blu-Ray movies will be able to be copied for use on PSPs and PCs (I'm assuming PCs because you can put the video on a memory stick).
Pants? I have no clue whether that means it's good or bad. Wearing pants is a good thing, so I'm guessing that you like the game...
I'm psyched for this! I just hope they get away from the cartoony stylized chins that the CG scenes had. They almost don't look human.
By the way, can they please move the spell check button from between the title and comment fields? I hate tabbing between fields only to have the spell check window come up, which always says I did a good job spelling since I HAVEN'T TYPED IN THE COMMENT BOX YET!!!
