I refuse to believe that. Personally, if I don't at least get the Incredible Hulk as a summon I will cry a little on the inside. I wouldn't mind fighting alongside Wolverine or Colossus with a Fastball Special move either. Or how about combining with Iron Man's armor as another form change?
Think about those and pretend not to smile a little bit lol
Any pod racer game would have to come from EA though, wouldn't it? Because of their exclusivity deal with Disney.
I played the hell out of racer revenge on ps2, one of the first games I bought that generation. I'd get an other one for sure.
I've been hoping for a purchase option since this service was announced. Personally, I'd spend a lot more money on purchases than rentals. I dont like the thought of feeling rushed to get through a game before the rental period is up.
I'm actually having the exact opposite experience with the game. I had no expectations for Watchdogs and for the longest time I had absolutely no interest in the game at all. I was bored one day and had some ps store credit so I bought it, and I've had an absolute blast with it. My only regret was buying it digitally, since I don't see much replay value once I do get tired of it.
Basically what I'm saying is, from personal experience, I think the hype killed t...
What did they show really? A couple conceptual rendered stills... was I the only one extremely disappointed by the lack of substance surrounding this game at e3?
Only a Sith deals in absolutes.
Ive always wanted a reason to say that. I do agree though. I'm sure the Witcher 3 and Halo and a bunch of other games will give it a run for its money, but of everything thats been announced, I don't see any other game winning that spot. Of course, lets not forget about all the 1st party studios with as yet unannounced projects.
Try to pose a more subjective argument next time /s
The only problem I have with it so far it's the pricing. Obviously these price points aren't final, but one thing about it does worry me... the lack of a purchase option. There are still some ps2 games I would absolutely pay $50 for all over again, and I am way more likely to buy a game for $50 than to rent it at $20 or $30 for 90 days. I guess it wouldn't make sense to include a full purchase option in a beta, so I'm still hoping the option will be available in the final rele...
I remember doing this challenge oh so well. I always did it in sections of twenty cause it seemed less stressful lol. Dodge twenty times, pause the game to calm my nerves, dodge twenty more, rinse and repeat. Somehow counting to twenty 10 times was more doable than counting to 200 continuously. This was the most tedious part of the game, so I always just got it done asap.
Ellen McLain would be good. I do like Peter Dinklage though, little bit tweaking and it'll be perfect.
This happens all the time at the gamestop I go to. Try to have a decent conversation about relevant games and they just have no idea what im talking about. I understand some games just sell themselves, but I feel like they would have a better reputation as a company if their employees were more knowledgeable, and hence, more excited about the games they're trying to sell to people.
At least is right. Shu himself said they wanted to spread the love across E3, Gamescom, and TGS. It's incredible to think they had such a good show (minus everything that happened with sean layden on stage. I would have preffered he just introduced himself as the new pres/ceo and kept going with more game announcements) despite their holding back and lack of the majority of 1st party studios.
LANAAA!
Nobody claims to be ok with the tv portion of Sony's conference, much less support them spending that time on it. In fact, most sony fans would have preffered that it was left out. The difference with Sony this year and MS last year is that Sony didn't sacrifice time on games to include tv, their conference was 30 mins longer because of it.
I have nothing against Microsoft, but I admit I'm a Sony fan first. I personally think it was a tie. I'd give a slight edge to Microsoft ONLY because of the middle portion of Sony's conference. Sony's conference did run longer though, so they spent about the same amount of time on games. Id say they made up for that boring middle part by showing more gameplay trailers as opposed to the number of CGI trailers that MS showed.
As for who lost... I think we can al...
I thought so too. Everything I actually wanted to see from them was just conceptual lol
I know, seriously. I cringed when they interviewed Deadmau5 at the Xbox launch event, the guy didn't look like he even knew where he was or which launch title he was most excited for, much less what the launch titles even were. It's almost painful to watch celebrities act like they care sometimes, especially the ones that get paid to act lol
If this info is accurate, then great. I personally hope it's not a prequel, in fact I think I'd almost prefer it to be set so far across the in-game universe that the original trilogy has minimal impact on the new trilogy. That or it will have to utilize previous save game data (I would buy a remastered collection just for this) or some sort of decision-based storyboard intro.
However, and no offense to individuals working at a GameStop, any time I've gone to one ...
It'll probably be something nobody cares about after the first week. Even if it is some exclusive weapon or armor it'll be oudated in its quality in a day or two anyway.
