Here's how I see NMS.
Base don what I've seen and heard. Interviews, rumors and such I am hoping that its a lot more than simply Minecraft in space.
I realize this is a gross simplification, but that image, of these two genres keep colliding in my mind.
In my heart what I hope is that its more like living in and interacting in a galaxy FULL of life. With set action pieces, like when we see ship to ship fighting that you can partake in, A universe FULL of NPC...
I could abide by this.
I'm not worried at all. I'm not interested in either. I'm fine with my current, upgraded ps4 and xbone.
I'll see you in 3 to 4 years.
This is great! I have loads of fun with this game, so more. Bigger and better is welcome.
Thank you. At least some people are starting to speak sense. I don't know a single gamer that has the luxury of a spare room just to play Tech demos.
My God, when is this over? This is like a nightmare already.
huh?!
Let me just say this is a damn tragedy. Buck for buck, value for dollar Infinity had the goods. But instead of Disney further enhancing the tools and making a good platform (cause that's what it was), great. Why not keep improving and making better?
Nope they just cut it lose cause they made 1.2 billion instead of 1.3
This is just Split Second all over again.
All I want to know is when is this game going to be released.
Add Overwatch to that list and as much as I enjoyed Rainbow Six...you can add that game also.
IF you are multi only then the price should reflect that. Oh and SFV
This looks like shit.
yup, there aint shit going on there.
Lame, but its free stuff. So whatever.
Im sure Im not saying this correctly. These guys can do a better job. https://youtu.be/CV95GPdRZt...
Easy. Money, time and commitment.
I know wed all like to think that even the shittiest game was made by morons that just wanted a quick cash grab, but the truth is 99% of all devs want to create a lasting impression and a game that everyone loves. But we fall short of our goals when we run out of the first three I mentioned above.
In Naughty Dogs case, they have been in a plush position working at Sony. They made lemons into lemonade when they created the first Uncharted and...
If you know your gaming history, then you would know that most of what made "survival horror" was due to the technical limitations of the hardware more so than making a game that will terrify you.
It was out of necessity to work around technical difficulties thathat created still backgrounds, thick fogs, truck like controls, shambling zombies, non rotatable environments you know the hallmarks.
As hardware became better, gamers demand fidelity and new con...
I have utterly loved every minute of this game. It's balanced, polished andodson@lilrainmakerz.org fun to play.
The issue is timing. People are/confused between this game and Overwatch. All one must do is spent 30 minutes with Battleborn and you realize the games are like night and day and in fact requires a he'll of a lot more skill and coordination than a Pixar COD clone.
There are characters in Battleborn that you can't even use to solo because their role isn&...
I'm with you 100% on all of this. After I realized I was not having fun, I looked at the map and realized every consecutive battle I would have to fork over money cause I just can't compete with either the pvp or ai...I Uninstalled it.
The sad part of this is, at least in guns up case. You can clearly see effort was made to make a decent game but then butchered to get those pay to win dollars.
I won't be involved in these any more...and it is correct to argue tha...
Now they have something to aspire to for The Orders sequel.
I can only assume its because its something easily done in contrast to doing mocaps and high level, high fidelity work that the bigger studios can afford.
In some instances this makes the devs more creative in my opinion. Doing grassroots development, rather than having a huge bankroll.
