I just need a question answered please. Can I play these games with only the Game Pad or do I need the Wii Remote. If its only the game pad ill buy these tonight. Even thought I own all of these for my Wii. I'm just tired of the kids trying to play my Wii games. I'm afraid they'll scratch my disc.

I apologize. Linearity was not the word I should have used. "On rails" is more accurate. You are correct, linear gameplay does not equate bad and for that matter neither does On-rails. However, when you are on-rails you are already sliding down a slippery slope since movement is extremely restricted. Couple this with "cinema-like" gameplay and what you get is a moving images with limited interactivity. This is extreme, I know. But this will be the perception in gamers mind...
