Gaikai sounds great to me. Its a streamed service, which means it's futureproof.

I was at work yesterday so I didnt get a chance to see it, but my friend was updating me as it went on and he text me that SONY said all BC will be handled by the streaming service, so I don't see how we won't be able to play our PSN library via Gaikai??

Have you tried hooking a PS2 to an HDTV? It looks god awful. I loved my Original 60GB PS3 that was able to play and upscale all my PS2 games so they still looked great on HD tvs.
It was a sad day when it died on me... I like my slim PS3 but with No BC, it just sucks, I have a ton of PS2 games just sitting here, that don't even get played any...

First of all this is just a simple dueling mode for now. This isn't the major PVP they've been working on.
We buy DLC because we acually enjoyed the game and crave more of it. (Crazy I know..)

DLC started on PC and back then It was free, added via patches, so I guess I've come to expect more content in games after release.
For almost any PC game there are patches with new content, or Expansion packs.

That being said yes the game fucking sucks right now but D2 didn't become awesome until after the expansion came out so I'll hold my breath. Its not like I play anymore... some day I hope it becomes the true heir to D2.
It is a waste and an outdated model. If you compare online player count for Black Ops2, there are days where PS3 players outnumber 360 players.

The PS4 could reach $800 if they treid to cram ever previous console in it. It is just getting rediculous on the technological side. Emulation isnt strong enough.
The best alternative is the streaming option. What else is there?
