We've already wen't over this. Battlefied 3 had the same issue, beta rolled around, and low and behind, the graphics sucked, everybody cried, and Dice told us its a beta build.
Release comes around, high rez textures where there, and game looked good again.
The same is happening here, OCT 1st when the beta comes around, all you people are going to scream the graphics suck ect. and history will repeat itself, its a beta.
IDK about titan Fall, I mean I love the original IW and wish them well with that game, but I'm burnt out on COD. Every GTA has been 30 fps, so were used to it. It is by zero means, "unplayable" that is a fabrication on your part.
This game plays smooth for me on PS3, my one and only complaint is cars turn waaaay to loose, can't even drive the faster sports cars strait.

Goto digital foundries comparison, look at the pics of the peirs, and notice the PS3 have the more detailed lighting, yet you watch this crappy video, and all you see is brightness cranke...

You do realise the top pictures are ps3 correct? Ps3 has sharper textures and lighting from the look of these screenshots.
The 360 version is completely missing lighting. Unless the pics are taken at different times of the day??

I wonder if lighting is just lost when you port a game? it explains why ps3 is always washed out when it gets the port, this time 360 gets the port and the 360 version is washed out.

When I go over my brother in laws to play 360 with him, I cannot use the 360 controller for the life of me, its the thumbsticks, I can't aim at all, yet on playstation I'm a headshot beast in zombies.
Normally the 360 has the better lighting and shadows, but according to these pics the PS3 has the better lighting this time around.
Must just be a porting issue. It goes both ways confirmed. I'm thankful that R* made PS3 the lead platform.
