I know it took a year but bf4 runs and plays fine now. You should give it another shot. And play on an official dice server, rented servers all have dumb rules that detract from gameplay.
Neither the ps4 or Xbox one have the hardware for 4k gaming. A quick look at what it takes to even achieve it with pc's would have shown you that.
All you can get in 4k is some 2d Indie games at best.

I have 2 PS4 controllers and neither one has had a thumb stick disintegrate. Only thing that happens is the bumpy surface on top flattens out.

Signed up for it a long time ago, I hope I get in! My fps isn't steady enough to enjoy the pc version. Cpu bottleneck and I'm not ready to rebuild as my comp still plays most games at high and ultra.
