i cant wait for mine to arrive, i am so bored of watching other people videos about this. i stopped myself going to events or lock ins so that Friday will be the very first time i experience this console
I really can't wait to see ND games on ps4. I can remember the first time I loaded uncharted I couldn't believe my eyes. My girl loves me playing uncharted as she just watches it like a movie
All these shady tactics can only go on for so long especially not in the current state of the economy. If they thought last gen was bad with studios shutting down left right and centre they are in for a rude awakening as this business practice is not sustainable in the long run.

There's nothing worse than paying for dlc to then pay in-game money to unlock the item you just paid real money for. That's a f%&ng fly kick to the nuts.
@snookies because its booting up there's that ray of hope that maybe just maybe it will suddenly working. its the same as when the drinks machine won't take your money and you rub it on your jacket and reinsert it over and over hoping the next time will be lucky :)

Guys/gals I understand some of you might be tempted but do not void your warranty on the hope that you might fix your console because if it goes pear shaped and ms investigate your machine and know you tampered with it they might not replace your console and you will be in a bigger mess.

Good they have acknowledged that there are users experiencing issues and are prepared to troubleshoot said issues to hopefully resolve most.
Watch how now the fanboys who were mocking the ps4 failures and when the report about sabotage at foxconn came up they called it lies, watch how "polygon" will be the first to break the old news that the issue could indeed be linked to that sabotage
And they keep coming out with comments like digital is the future, not with those prices.

i am actually shocked they didnt jump the gun to say its MS fault as they did with sony a couple of weeks ago
i don't think "being lazy" applies to all developers as as some do try to hit that 1080p 60fps but due to certain factors cannot meet this and rather than sacrifice game play or other elements they go for lower resolutions. as lukas mentioned over time developers will learn these new consoles and we will notice 1080 60fps being a standard
Was the xbox one released 5 years ago..... this is news to me. my comment means that in this new generation of console (xbox one) MS learnt from past design flaws and use that knowledge to better design this console to mitigate any heat issues.

We wouldn't know until later as it has just released to gamers. i do admire that they have taken steps to combat this issue.
