and i know a lil bit about project management and one of the main issues that can lead to a project failure is not releasing it on time that you specified it makes potential stakeholders and users lose intrest in what your trying to provide. i spoke to 3 different beta testers saying exactly what you said and thier reply was. its not that they arent giving valid feed backs its that thay havent implemented any of the features that really matters in home.
