This looks amazing so far, I wish they'd quit pussy footing and come out with a ps4 and PC timeframe. I really hope this timed exclusivity doesn't hurt the brand in any way. I hope the battle with that huge bear can recreate the terror and tension from the beginning segment from the first game... That music still sticks in my head to this day! The only thing I miss about this franchise is the gearing towards one large open space game instead of a more closed globe trotting adventure.....

Sadly, the closer to real life games start to look, the more our eyes are going to focus on seemingly trivial things such as object clipping, slightly off animations and imperfect lighting. It's the way our minds work

Easily my game of the year for 2014, more than got my money worth. It took me around 2 months to complete for numerous reasons. 1. I played on the hardest setting 2. It's damn long! 3. I'd have rest periods off 2 or 3 days instead of playing it to death like I do most other games. This was mostly because it's so draining playing the game (its that immersive and involving!), because you constantly have a sense of fear lingering whilst playing haha
I hate to agree with you but I do. First it was delayed, then they removed a feature of the game and sold it off as a preorder incentive then the only place in the UK actually selling the be the zombie edition (amazon) sold out... And now this . WOWZA

Just double checked, it's definitely amazon only. "amazon exclusive be the zombie edition"... This is one of many things that is wrong with removing a section of a game and pawning it off as a preorder exclusive :(
