I think it would be fine, coz if you base it on Nintendo's way of making their system backwards compatibility is where they shine the most. WiiU is still a good system and i think it would be mean for current owners be neglected to what is promised Zelda game flr wiiU.

Sony has their own suppliers and can manufacture at low cost unlike Oculus. Oculus is dead on arrival if you just imagine the amount of PS4 users interested owning one, and Sony already have the idea that people wont shed $600 for a virtual reality headset. Sony will just go to stage and attach a tag on PSvr for $350-400 price range and walks out smiling at the camera..lmao
its not a rip off, its just over my expected retail price and company planned price range.
I say the problem of Oculus right now will be Sony's VR because at this time they know that consumers are not willing to pay $600 tech, Sony can cut and control the cost of manufacturing of the VR.
i think Sony will be at $350-$400 where they will only destroy Oculus and gain interest of consumers.
