Well when a aggregate site like Metacritic shows a low score game is probably not good if there is a collective consensus.

Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 literally were haymakers. Wii had tonnes of great games but yes tonnes of shovel ware as well.
Only selfish fanboys will say no to cross-play. Cross-play is only beneficial to gamers.
One example would be a game that isn’t popular and has low player count. If cross play existed at-least can combine the shared pool of players making a bigger player count allowing the online to last bit longer.
I mean who cares? Why would you care about how many people subscribed. Not exactly filling your pocket with money.
It is actually 96% on the PS3 version. Regardless of the ratings Arkham City was phenomenal when it came out. The combat from its game were literally copied by dozen other games including Spider-Man...
