The One comes with this feature. Most of its games are 900P but will dumb down to 720P or lower without your consent just to keep up.

Technically, neither one of you is wrong. AC3 was a plethora of ideas that never came together properly to form a single cohesive experience. People were in charge of the naval combat, others were in charge of making The Frontier level...yet there was no single vision to make it all worthwhile, give it an impact to the story.
