Console's are really all about their exclusive's, so if you really want ALL the best game your going to need both.
Even if you favour one over the other for your multi-plats, eventually an exclusive will come out on the other console and you'll be thankful you own it :)

It's difficult unless you constantly switch, people seem to get funny swapping controllers, usually blaming it for their mistakes lol... "ah i would of got him with 360 pad!".

Yeah, "some" will claim it's the PS3 or PSN and if that WAS the case surely the PS3 version would of been delayed. I can't see anything other an simple lack of testing.

dude, we'll never agree, you obviously hold halo in very high regard, personally i think its a basic fps format stripped down to its easist to appeal to the mass console market (kids).
Anyway, IN MY OPINION CoD is a much much better game and obviously most gamers agree with me as its been at the top of the Xbox Live charts for over 4 weeks.
Either way, after playing CoD going back to halo is like taking a step backwards, you REALLY notice the frame rate drop.

Well that isn't really camping them is it? Its easy to pin point exactly where the dude that killed you is and you normally spaw3n very close to them.

Your kidding me right? Halo is one of the easist FPS games going, your shield allows you to take a whole clip of ammo then 5 secs later you've ...

Its terrible on either system, ok the gameplay is solid and fun, even though it hasnt changed since the first game, the graphics are simply crap, basic flat boring repeated textures. The AI seem exactly like before. Enter a room shoot a few rounds off then wait for the crowd of enemies to try and attack you while coming at you single file through a door.
If you have some friends to team up with online then terrorist hunt may provide some fun, but im not sure how long for.
Goota be CoD4 for me. Halo seems to appeal to the younger player who enjoys screaming over the mic rather and playing the game.
Also, after CoD's 60fps halo feels very slow with its 30fps.

Off course. HD-DVD still works and you can pick the movies up off ebay for next to nothing.
This is going to tie in with a CGI movie, its said to have a kick ass story, 1080p stunning graphics all at 60 fps, this certainly wont be "another game...".

All this drama over one dudes power supply that crapped out. Hardware fails, regardless of the manufacturer (especially when you've sold millons of them).
I love the XMB, it's super easy to navigate, look's gorgeous and allows you to fully customize it to your liking (themes,folders,playlists,stre aming videos in windows), it's great. It'll be better when we get it in-game mind :P
I heard they were going to impliment it into their TV's, i hope not, that would mean more debt for the douche.
