This is true, but it really makes more sense to wholly own at least one HD console to get all of the stuff the Wii can't provide. Especially, in my case, as I like the whole "freshness" and "idea & hardware-pusher" type games, like Fallout (this gen) and Red Faction. In other words, you wont find anything quite like them elsewhere.
I wouldn't. While I enjoyed SMG and Brawl, but because the developers don't want to make an inferior port (see: Madden), games on the Wii are skipped. I enjoyed SMG and Brawl, because they are fresh and unchallenged in their genre. But Wii-only owners are missing out on alot:

-BioShock (2, Infinite)
-Assassin's Creed (2, Brotherhood)
-Pure
-Mass Effect 2
-Grand Theft Auto IV (take this as ...

Too soon. Uncharted 3 could be a launch title for the PS4 for all I care. Instead of having a, "Well, Uncharted 2 did well, let's just pump out whatever we can think of" attitude, Naughty Dog needs to take their time and ensure Sony that they REALLY have something hot on their hands that will cause millions more to harmonize in an epic jizz-fest.

Lol, I just had a cultural epiphany. That Japanese commercial looked stupid to me and would never get me to buy the game if I were undecided. Seriously, Sony's advertising just plain sucks. They have a lot of amazing games that alot of people don't even know about because customers skip by it and figure it's nothing special. I'd bet their sales would skyrocket if they did as much advertising as Microsoft.
