I’m so tired of this spin Phil tries putting on game development. Where are these games at? We heard this so many times before. Are we really gonna act like ninja theory and obsidian are some powerhouse developers? Microsoft needs to buy a already established studio to really compete in the games department. Someone who could attack both markets(the west/Asian regions)Someone like Konami, Sega or Capcom would be a good move and reason to get excited.

We have heard this before not just once but quite a few times. It’s time to stop talking and show games that are gonna be worth playing. I honestly wish I could back Xbox again like the 360 days but they make it hard with constantly lying and bullshitting consumers about the games. Saying they are coming for the whole last gen and not delivering isn’t a good look.

Halo doesn’t have anywhere near the same number of fans as call of duty. I’m not calling call of duty a great game but the majority of FPS players gravitated toward COD over halo and I don’t see that changing. Halo just isn’t the franchise it used to be.
Halo will never be as big as it was in the early Xbox/360 days. Nothing is going to bring this franchise back cod already took the crown from them indefinitely. So no battle royale won’t make a difference.
Are you implying the PS5 won’t have exclusive games at launch and soon after? I didn’t see them make a whole big deal about not having exclusive games for two years.

Confused with your reasoning. Last of Us 2 or PS5 has nothing to do with this article. Second the last of us 2 is coming out on current gen hardware along with 4 other exclusive games to close out a strong gen for PlayStation. Third the reason I said that was because Microsoft still doesn’t have many games worth playing. If this pushes back game development even more there won’t be a reason to own a Xbox. Not sure how hard that is to understand.
It personally subtracts my interest in getting a new Xbox.

Treyarch is still the best when it comes to multiplayer and maps. Others don’t even come close. I agree though the loot box shit sucks
