It'll all be paid for. The pass is the only chance to get the discount up front. Otherwise, you'd have to pay full price for them when they do come out. You're basically pre-ordering the two cases as part of the package.
inFAMOUS 2 is definitely the best out of the bunch. At least that should keep people busy with the slow summer ahead.
Nope. Everyone deserves compensation for the network being down. PSN+ subscribers should be able to get more back since they are paying extra for services that are primarily free. Those who aren't paying for the service should and will be compensated. They shouldn't get as much back.
