Uhmm.. SOCOM didn't have as many bugs and glitches in the beta, and that looked just as good, and still sucked. So what's that say about this? This is nowhere close to looking as one of the best PS3's betas out there. No way. LBP's beta was great as well.

Wow really? Really? animations, gameplay and the visuals? Poor PS3 if this is true.
People are upset about the bugs in this beta because the game comes out in 3 weeks. Beta's usually come out months before the actual release date to fix all the crap that's wrong.
I guess people are a little worried they're throwing away money for a game that's really really buggy and should be delayed for a month.

you might not be one of them. But I remember when Forza spanked the hell out of GT5 in review scores... People were crying about the graphics. But the graphics are so great on GT! :)

They're trying to become the number 1 FPS, and they give this to the public to play and try out and base their decisions on. You realize general public>us on gaming sites that read blogs right? General public is playing this right now going... P.U.
Karma has come and struck EA/DICE right in the rear. They talked so much smack on COD.. so much, at every chance they got, and they can hardly run a crappy looking beta right so far.
Server resets and the updates already in a couple days release. I know it's good for them to fix it, but when a game is coming out in 3 weeks, you'd like to see the game is working 98% of the way it should be, and shouldn't need so many fixes.

But why would they have Alpha build when this is a Beta? This isn't the alpha were all in. I'm with one of you about this being a stress test the most.. which they've already failed yesterday with the 360 being down for hours at a time.. but I'm a bit worried. There's not much time for this game, and I'm sure they're being stamped and printed right now.

Completely agree. After the beta, I've seen nothing but people on my website and other talking about dropping their pre orders now. And after the debacle of yesterday with hour upon hour of BF servers being down.. give me a break EA. The smoke and mirrored us with that game.
Not saying game is bad, but it's not as great as EA wants you to believe.
Wow.. look at the cool guy that probably found that out from another site, and is now mad that some of us just thought it was a beta glitch. God forbid there be glitch in the beta, and we don't know to get to the menu screen to stop it.

There's a lot of people on the websites i've seen starting to cancel their pre orders already. Not to get COD, but just because BF3 is nothing close to looking or running like the PC version.
