I am not sure how game of the year works but since GT 5 is coming out in Dec of 2010 will it be a 2010 of 2011 GOTY contender?
GT 5 is a strong contender for GOTY but there is no denying that it has some stiff competition from games like Mass Effect and Red Dead Redemption, not to mention CastleVania which is a very underrated game and we still have to see what Black Ops deliver.
2011 does not look like a walk in the park either with games like GEARS 3, Brink...

Grow up dude - I own both consoles and love my PS3 to death but if I only owned a 360 I would not go on a Move article and leave negative comments - if you dont like MS just stay away from anything related to them.
the materials that the product is made of not being available or maybe have went up on price due to the ever changing market - are you guys forgetting that the PS3 had a shortage when the slim was released because of that same issue.
Also at people saying that MS will need to sell X amount of kinect to break even, your forgetting that the money spent on advertisement is not for one day but can be used for the entire year of 2011.

I enjoyed Fall out 3 and I was ok with the bugs being that it was my first Fall Out game that I played but that does not mean that developers have the right to release a game knowing that bugs and glitches are in it. Have some respect for your fans and give them a game that they can enjoy and not worry about there console freezing or some mission getting stuck because of develop...

I spent countless hours on Fall Out 3 and here is hoping for the same with Vegas.
The bad news is that I have ACL surgery on monday and the good news is that I will be off from work for 2 weeks.
My only wish is that they add more objectives and make the game longer. I am not an Online guy so I need a longer campaine.

as I know many 360 owners and my self that are looking forward to Kinect.
If anything you could say that its a 50/50 split with 360 owners wanting Kinect and not wanting Kinect.

but you have to take into account that the Kinect tech is not only for the 360 but MS is looking to implement it in other devices as well.
Kinect could just be a testing ground for what MS has in plan for Kinect tech.

Never mind - looking at the agree he is getting and the disagrees that I am getting - his comment is justified.
I think its safe to say that MS or Sony will not catch the Wii in sales this gen - unless Move or Kinect can repeat the Wii success.
Nintendo had a diffrent plan than Sony and MS and the hardcore gamers laughed and the idea that the Wii was useing motion - but Nintendo should the world that soccers moms is where the money is.

On topic: I think the success of Kinect will be judged on the developers - Japan will play a big part in this.

This and Red Dead Redemption are the 2 games that came out of no where and surprised me - I think more developers should do the same, which is announce a game no more than 1 year prior to release date and not give us half of the story and gameplay before the game is released.
Good job Konami and Mercury Steam for giving us this EPIC game and looking forward to the DLC.
