No, its the first game of sucker punch on the PS3. It can have be done on 360 too, both of them have plus and minus, specially on the graphic and physic level.
Like i said in another post, InFamous = Style, Prototype = Gore, both are fun. The story are good with both, i'm at 2/3 of inFamous, and 6hour in Prototype. The only thing i'm sure its the side quest in inFamous are fun and have a impact around you. And for Prototype, for now, i don't like them, ex.: glide near the target to get a medal(bonze,silver,gold) or kill the most ppl in 2min to get medal... Nothing interesting for now.
The proof, i'm a old gamer with really strange taste.
I like resistance 1 but not the second.
I like Two human but not Halo 3.
I like Dark Sector but not Gears of War.

Just to let you know, i have a Xbox360 a PS3 and a WII.
If you have a PS3, i recommend both. Two different game, Pure Style(inFamous) or Pure Gore(Prototype).
If you have a 360, don't bother, get Prototype.
Anyway, its a good year to be a gamer...
Got the game, i'm playing right now. I don't know, i really love inFamous and after 4 hours of play in Prototype, i found some point on each one i love and hate.
InFamous:
Good: Control of your character, story and the feeling of the town, the good and bad karma.
Bad: Popup and Cole/people face.
Prototype:
Good: the way the Story(Web) are told. Almost no popup. The feeling that your not human anymore.

Grrrr. The always try to build wall between Quebec and the rest of the world. Its because of video game and star trek that now i know english. Not because of there stupid school course.
1. No battery, no power problem.
2. You can always find your controller if you follow the wire.
3. Just 2 button, its enough for casual gamer.
4. You can shoot them again the wall, its only 5 buck for a new one.
5. You can use there sharp edge to defend yourself.

i have really small hand for my size and age. The 360 controller give me cramp after 20 min of gaming. I prefer to use my PS3 controller, but its all about personal preference.
