Although, maybe this doesn't apply to enemies? Say you were killed by a monster or something like that, you'd still die right? Of course, I can't expect you to answer that. (unless you know some more about the game than I do?)

I agree with all the other things you said, but revamping the XMB? Seriously?
The XMB is great, it very easy to access and it's also very stylish. And I highly HIGHLY doubt they're going to change it, since it's already implemented on the PSP as well.
I agree with Cajun Chicken. The difference between, say Marcus Fenix and Gordon Freeman is; when you're playing as Gordon, you see through his eyes, you become Gordon yourself.
When you play as Marcus, it's in third person. It gives you an opportunity to see him interact with his team mates, he has to display some sort of emotional connection with what's going on around him.

Agreed with everyone above. Criterion have shown a phenomenal amount of support or this game from day one. Hopefully a sequel is close by. :)
They probably just check your IP address or something like that to know what region you're from but as to how they would know if you're 18 or not, they probably wouldn't know.
