I'm pretty sure the actual .iso is out yet. The only thing available is the .xex file for JTAG consoles.
It's for slim and Fat buddy.
It's not IW's fault. The way that this is done is through what is called the "JTAG" hack which allows the user to run unsigned code on the xbox. IW can't do anything about it this is Microsoft's fault.
