I know. Mario and Zelda got those as well. Seriously, people need to stop that. Both Horizon and Zelda are much better than their Metacritic fan scores say they are. Is it any wonder no one takes those scores serious anymore?

Horizon got an 8.3.

A franchise that has held up and is only getting bigger. That is rare indeed.

@ziggurcat it is the usernames. Most had something to do with playstation and whenever Zelda had review videos. Here would come Sony fans to insult it. I know all radical fans are a problem, but none are as bad as Sony fans right now. And for people thinking Nintendo fans are trying to ruin GOW review score. Go to Metacritic's fan reviews. There are none.

Last year. Plenty of Sony fans gave BoTW zeros on Metacritic before the game came out. Users like PS4 master race and Nintendo Sucks. Yeah, no obvious bias there. 😒

@OffRoadKing I was only mentioning what would happen. Some claim Nintendo fans go too far over one their games getting a 7. But, we know that some Sony fans have lost their mind over a 9 or even 9.4. So, that is the point. Don't expect all 10s and 9s. Nintendo and Sony fans expect that and it is not realistic. Just try to not let the "lower" scores get to you too much. An 8.6 is not bad. And, I was not trying to troll. Just make an observation.

I mean Nintendo fans do as well. They can go overboard so do Microsoft fans. The hard core ones. I mean, it is the reviewer's opinion. Now, if they show a certain prejudice against a genre or series, then that is different. But, fans should enjoy their games and not flip out over a low score. All games get em. It happens.

Also, remember the time Sony fans ran Adam Sessler off You Tube because he gave Gears of War a 9.5 and Killzone a 9.4? Or when Sony fans tried to get a female reviewer at IGN fired for giving Uncharted 4 a 9?

Bioshock still gives me chills. I freaking love that game.
