Yes and No, they are just playing it safe in case they decide to make XIII-3. Look what happened to Modern Warfare 3, stupid Activision didn't plan ahead, they didn't own the domain name and had to go to court to acquire it only because it was mis-used.
His Penguin is good, I didn't even know it was him so he's versatile and can play different type of characters.
He also played as Sigmund from Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time. I didn't even know it was him until someone mentioned it.

Not bad, the US/EU cover is still better (if it's the final version). At least it's nothing like the cheesy Uncharted 2 box art.

This game looks good but the gameplay is questionable.
To be honest, I started to find the Kevin Butler ads a bit lame, especially the Resistance 3 and Long Live Play launch. The older videos were funny though.
Imo more TV ads like this will be better.
