Yes it is, and I own all MGS games available on PS3
Not sure why you got downvoted when you are right on the money... You got the NES game, Super Metroid, the two GBA games (Fusion and Zero Mission) Metroid Prime Hunters (story mode only) and the Metroid Prime Trilogy and Other M on backwards compatibility or digital download. If you like or want to get into Metroid, that's the system to get.
That's what I'm hoping for when they release the Switch/Xbox versions
It always hurts to not see Metroid appear... sigh... one day
Dead game is dead
I hope it has cross-progression as well. I want all my PS5 costumes on Switch
Cool. Now I'll finally pick it up
Needs a physical release
Need a physical release
With more and more graphically intensive games releasing yes it is. Especially if Nintendo wants to keep up the cadence of 3rd party support. I'd buy one
It will be okay...
I have a feeling we will see Zelda and Metroid collections this year since both are going to be 35. Zelda will probably get the better collection though
I would buy the trilogy a 3rd time... Other M though, probs not lol
You mentally alright? Everything okay at home?
The game is an impressive piece of engineering. Panic Button truly are incredible with their ports. Hope we do see that improvement though. Would be nice
My entire Xbox library is digital. All 309 games. However, I personally chose to go physical for PlayStation and Nintendo consoles since I have and purchase significantly less games for those platforms
Well since it's coming to PS5. Getting it there. Hopeful for a physical release
They are dated yes, but still fun
Kinda both. They are modernized with dual stick controls, a much better framerate, FOV slider and less fog. Graphically they don't look that much better than the N64 game, but I think that's what they were going for. I own both versions on Xbox One, Steam and Switch. I'll probably end up getting them for my PS5 as well 😅
Exactly
