It is. Just look at Pokemon Scarlett and Violet. The video was to jittery to play. Zelda Tears of the Kingdom runs a hair better. There's still jittery video. Nintendo should've held out for their new console. That way these games would run better.
Bandai Namco should bring back Ridge Racer. If not at least remaster them.
Capcom, make sure you leave the cheesy live action intro. That made the game.
Call of duty was only good when they were WWII. Activision should go back to how they started. Also, they can make the single player stories longer. Not everyone plays the multiplayer.
Why not a remake or a remaster of the Resistance series?

The first RE may have had bad dialog. But, what made the game great to me was the, FMV intro. To me that intro got me into playing RE. As much as modern players may not like it. It set the tone of the first game.

They really need to patch Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. They run horribly.
I imported the game on PS4 and the game is great. The game was one of the best looking Japanese PS4 launch titles. Not sure what the reviewer's issue was with the original release. I did pick up the remaster for PS5 and it's just as good as the original release.
Vanguard's campaign was fun. Love the WWII Call of Duty games. The multiplayer needed work.
Microsoft is worth more Sony. It always goes that way. You know the old phrase "Money talks, BS walks". That sums it up. Microsoft's next acquisition should be either Square Enix or maybe even SEGA. I would like to see Microsoft get SEGA. I've always been a SEGA fanboy from the Master System to the Dreamcast. But, we know that may never happen.

Microsoft needs to aquire Konami and WB Games. We can throw Square Enix in the there as well. Don't worry PlayStation fanboys. They will remain cross platform. Those studios would make Microsoft a powerhouse. We can only dream. :^)
The game runs ok. The game runs jittery and laggy in dock mode, to the point it's unplayable. Nintendo should've waited until the next console to release it. The game should've not been $70. But, being Nintendo people just let them slide.
