Developers, make the game easier and the AI easier for the short-term players at those events. So, previewers an focus on all aspects of the game without dying every 2-3 minutes.

They had their golden age,when the Ps3 just came out and off course, like the 360 in it's first year didn't have the good games. Obviously, good games take long to make.
