I've never seen an XBOX One without a price cut. I bought the launch system for $500 and last week GS wouldn't give me $90 for it? As P'd off as I am I can't deny that that's how the market interprets XBOX. XBOX Slim might win a month due to the preorders but then it'll be right back to the PS4 dominating.
I don't see how scorpio running the same tired games ie Gears, Halo, and Forza in 4K is going to change anything either.
Well on amazon after the first week it's been hovering around the #60. To put that into perspective the basic PS4 is still around #15. It's possible XBOX Slim wins the NPD when it launches due to preorders but a console having hdr gaming should be blazing up the charts.
This is what I'm thinking. Right now, considering that I bought the XB1 at launch for $500, trade in prices are awfully low. BB offered me $90 for my launch system so late next year it'll probably be worth $50.
So I'm wondering exactly how much this trade in program will be worth? Will they jack up the price and essentially give me extra money to upgrade?
