A shit idea for people out there who can't afford to shell out mass £'s for games all the time.
I'm not one of these people, but IMO it's a bad route to take as it may lower sales.
Consoles are consoles; nothing more nothing less. It will never be a PC and therefore shouldn't try to act like one.

EVE always looks cool in videos (because i love SCI-FI stuff), but i don't find it fun to play sadly :/
TBH i think this is a crap idea and 100% american (Like Inglorious Bastards, which i also hated becuase it was fake) .
I thought this game looked alright, untill i saw its co-op trailer today which was shown on xbox instead of PC (which means a sexy port to PC yay -_-)
And then add gimicky BS like killing someone who did not die in this way.
I know what he did was wrong and i don't agree with it, but it doesn't mean you have to use crap like this.

Yep agree, wouldn't go as far as to not buy an EA game.
But i hate it when people release games with intent to add more content to an experience which should be complete and then charge people for it (like extra Characters like you said).

This is a thread about Activision, not EA.
But on that note ANY DLC that isn't ofcourse a REAL expansion is unjust.
Take Valve, i don't remember ever paying for something extra for one of their games which was not also a Hardcopy (meaning ofcourse that it is an Expansion). Games like Left 4 Dead, Portal 2, Team Fortress 2 and Counter Strike Source they are all game that have had content added for free (except hats ofcourse lol)

I have to admit though; Dragon Age 2 was terrible. I haven't completed it because i got bored of seeing the same caves and rooms etc again and again.
I don't see The Old Republic as a true sequal, no matter how you look at it; it's just another mmo.
As for Mass Effect 3... well I'm waiting for my CE so i can enjoy the end of a great trillogy.

Also LA Noire got a bit boring early on. I wasn't ever bored in Heavy Rain. Thing that let that down for me was some of the Voice Acting and the scenario of how they made Jason die was a bit weak. Should of had something that made abit more sence, like an argument or him saying im bored lets play tag or something like that would have made more sence then him randomly crossing the road and walking back to get hit by a car.
How can you say flower is the only one with original gameplay, don't forget if it wasn't for half life, a lot of games wouldn't have their formulas.
