I am having the same issue as him. I created character then i try to join a match. Any match and nothing happens.
How long does it take usually?
i tried to play the other day and couldn't find any match. Unless i wasn't patient enough.

Raceroom racing experience is the best free to play game i have ever been into.
Gives you tons of content free that you can play with single player , multiplayers, ( 9 cars and 3 tracks with multiple layout )

This is missing. Sometime when playing racing game i just want to drive around. That was one of my beef with Rivals. i just wanted to race and drive around. But i couldn't drive two yard without getting rammed by cops constantly.
I will get this if they make it work with a pc. There is no way in hell i will buy this if its only usable with a ps4. Whats the point ?
