Anyone with a decent knowledge of RPGs can tell you that Fallout 4 is not a great RPG. Level up system is basic and dialogue options are so ridiculously limited that it's impossible to get a real role-playing experience.

Just for the record people, if you actually read the article you see that the author likes Fallout 4 a lot. His main concern is that the game is lacking what were great feature in New Vegas.
Fallout 4 is a great game but it's not a great RPG.

I would love to see your sources for this because all I can find is posts (much like this one) with people shouting about "clickbait" journalists and claiming to have all the facts.

Guys, there will NEVER be an official announcement. It doesn't work that way in China. The region-lock is gone now but there's never going to be a press-release.

The Chinese version of the Xbox One was region-locked, it could only play Chinese versions of games. Now it can play games from around the world.
