I'm 100% on Nintendo's side here.
It's their property. They should protect it. I would.
Most dev-kits are region free so I'm not sure what the relevance is.
On an unrelated note - man, is the N4G community a toxic place. The comments section is just full of schoolyard bickering. Little bitches.

I would have loved this game a whole lot more if it didn't have the base management nonsense. That was so tedious in comparison to the main game.
Why should it be free? Especially if it includes a game of the month like PSN and LIVE.
We're so used to getting things like Facebook and Twitter for free but those services are crammed full of advertisements to pay for them. If you want a next-gen online service from Nintendo why not be prepared to pay $4 or less a month for it? I am.
'Nintendo will never change'
* Nintendo, the company that started selling playing cards in 1889 and has operated everything from shooting ranges to love hotels. Yep. They NEVER CHANGE.
Yeah but how many polyflops per terracube? Huh? How many??!
Can we all just remember the article posted yesterday that GUARANTEED the Neo wouldn't release until 2017.

If Foxconn are already rolling this thing will be out before Christmas 2016 GUARANTEED.
I haven't really cared about a console's looks/size since the N64/PS1 generation. Doesn't really matter.
Gamecube was sweet though.
I have a funny feeling they're not going to unveil NX until early January to avoid the momentum being lost in the pre-Christmas madness.
This year folks.
Take that to the bank.
LOL

Demolished house.
Cowabunga dude.
*Totally overlooks the impending need to run PSVR efficiently.
I'm looking at my PS4 and wondering why anybody would need it slimmer? It's pretty damn compact already.
Whatevs
'I'm always on their side?'
You mean like the past 3 years running where I've slated them for the disastrous Wii U?
Right then.
