All companies do it, hell the ps3 had at least 6 different models but they didn't talk about them, they were just fixes to issues. So not sure where your going with that one.

Trust me they do. I worked for gamestop for two years, I don't think we ever got enough nintendo products even for reserves. And this was even for the pro controller that came out for wii u. Nintendo always does this nowadays and it sucks. Like I said not sure about the switch since they said it's hard to find parts, but that's the problem, it's hard to tell with nintendo.

The thing that really sucks is microsoft has more than enough money to just throw at companies for exclusives, but they don't. Tons of IP's need a new game that they can pick up, doesn't even have to be new, just something already lol.

Nope microsoft has been in talks with squareenix for awhile about FF14. I think the main problem is sony allowing cross play for it and also it seems to have to deal with the whole stupid certification on xbox's patches, really slows down keeping an MMO going.

Actually it is more secure than psn. I have gotten tons of notices from psn over the years that your data may have been compromised. Only big hack I remember for microsoft was when someone took a bunch of microsoft currency, which doesn't really affect gamers. So yea sony's security sucks. I mean hell north korea of all people was able to hack sony networks when the interview was coming out.

Nintendo is notorious for doing this with everything they make, even accessories. Now switch is a little different since they said it's hard to get the parts, but most of the time it's nintendo just making things short, they could have stock but this makes it look like it's so popular you cannot get anything. It's BS and nintendo needs to stop this.
Anytime I see an article like this I wonder, is it really that important to know sales numbers? As long as a company isn't going under because of bad sales, I don't really care, doesn't help me to buy a game.
