I hope it's better optimized than Arkham City. The DX11 + physx killed fps, I can't run it at consistent 60fps at 1080p
It's weird they recommend a GTX 660 but 3gb of video memory. I know they made a few 660 cards that had 3gb of memory but the standard was 2. Any idea what resolution the recommended specs are for?
Gtx 660 3 GB i7 930 OC'ed 3.8 Ghz and 8 GB of RAM. Looks like I hit the recommended specs on a year+ old system. Thought it would be more demanding.
I would love to see the dark knight trilogy costumes.
This "article" reeks of MS bias. Xbox 360 innovative? If I recall PS3 was the one with a built in Blu-ray player and standard HDD and HDMI connection. Xbox 360 added all of these later (Blu-ray in Xbox One) so yeah I can't take this article seriously.
this game is sold out everywhere! driving me insane! SE fix the servers and bring back the d*mn digital downloads
Interesting, thanks
Still can't buy the digital version of the game! Come on SE!
I can't even buy this game right now, seems like it's unavailable everywhere and the digital downloads are still halted. Awful start by SE for a game they already messed up once.
So does this mean we shouldn't be expecting a digital version to be available any time soon?
Yeah I was hoping today would be the day I could download and play this game, guess not :(
Any news on when digital sales will resume? Trying to pick this up for PC and square digital download is still halted.
The PC version should be superior graphically because its not being held back by a set piece of hardware. Gameplay wise I don't expect there to be any differences.
I think a 660 or 7850 is enough to destroy next gen with a quad core processor and 8 gb RAM
Agree at this point you might as well step up to a 660 or a 7850. You can save a few bucks on the CPU but the 2 things you don't want to cheap out on for gaming is the GPU and power supply
I'm waiting for the restriction on digital download to be lifted so I can buy it.
This is a good article +++
If the console architecture is similar to PC's then this boost will not provide that much improvement. Most PC games are designed with the GPU in mind and the GPU does most of the leg work. (Not all games).
Any idea when they might start allowing digital downloads again? I'm looking to pick this up with all the positive feedback.
Well the game for PC is sold out almost everywhere and there's no ETA on when retailers will restock or when digital downloads will resume. So a game has been released but I can't buy it? It's far from being the Sim City disaster but this has been bad.
