I have to say I was kinda stunned when i realized it, but Mario games have suffered from bad camera controls since they moved to 3D platforming. And camera is just something you can't get wrong, especially in a game about precise jumps in a 3D environment. I mean, look at Sonic! His games have been cursed with bad camera for over a decade, and we never let it slip. We knew they were bad games and we said so.

If they are using the x86 architecture then I don't see why the PS4 would lack any BC. There are emulators like ePSXe and Pcsx2 that run almost every game flawlessly on PC made for that architecture and for the PS3 they'll only need to include the Cell and emulate the RSX since it's just a normal GPU.

Honestly MGS4 ending was easily one of the most epic ending I have ever in in my life from anime to films. And bad pacing? Did you actually played the game?
