It would be a miracle, but imagine if they offer Driveclub completely free with PS+. I don't think will be seeing a retail game anytime soon.

I also have been playing EA games since the Early 90's, but after 2006, my interest in EA has been declining. BF4 was the straw that broke the camels back (and Fifa14). I miss the road rash and NFS old EA used to produce.
OFF Topic: I can't also believe that EA did not plan anything for the 20th Anniversary of Need for Speed. Just a crappy trailer. I demand a reboot of Underground!
EA is destroying everything the OLD EA build. That foundation creating great games is so weak right now, its sad.
I think PS plus offered more value, since most games offered were 1st party/3rd party/indies. EA access only offers EA games, you know EA right?

Steam already lets you stream games from a main computer to other laptop or similar devices on the same networks. Also Steam library can be shared with any of your friends that you've have authorized to have access to your library.
Share play/Remote play is what Remote Desktop/Team viewer is on PC. Nothing that complicated.

You can advance in upgrades, planes, pilots and gunners levels(forgot how it was called), that's is pay to win. If the games has an element of upgrades via real money, its pay to win, its not just cosmetic.
I bought Mass Effect without even knowing there was a sex scene in it. It was meh, loved more of the gameplay and story then the sec scene.
I enjoyed this game, but after the alpha, my PC can't run it no more, and the PS4 version is great. But as any other F2P, the pay to win gets me everytime. It was fun while I played it though.

You could get some gauntlets with increased reload speed to hand cannons. I play with with a scout rifle, so I search for most of my gear to contain attributes that benefit scout rifles. Is not that hard, if they increase the base reload speed, it would be way too op in crucible.
I suggest you visit the nearest optometrist, because you might have a problem with your eyes.
OT: 60fps>30fps no matter what genre, cinematic effect is just on excuse for hardware limitations.
