Technically, no. Quantum Break is coming out for PC, exclusively for Windows 10, and its being sold only on the Windows store. Both Win10 and Store are platforms of microsoft, like Xbox, and Xbox live.
They really should have invested in a borderland 3, with a more mmo style to it, and some pvp. I was a Tester for Battleborn, and the game felt really weak, I think Paragon(By Epic) will beat it with ease.

They are hiking the price up... because the original DLC plan changed, meaning that now they are adding even more content priced at $60 for $50. Their original plans had only $40 of content for $30. My exact opinion, both products are aimed for those who already own the products it requires for them to function. And as obvious as it is, people will buy PS4 for PSVR if its a success, just as people will upgrade their PC's for the Oculus.

I'm pretty sure the Playstation VR is aimed for people who already own a Playstation 4, or also to sell more consoles, as you need it for this accessory. Just like people will buy Oculus will already own a rig pretty powerful for the it to run.
I got 2 guaranteed access code and Been on the waitlist with 3 different emails since the beta page opened. Non of the guaranteed codes work. How can they say they are stress testing, if they don't even let it stress.

It's been horrible since the first day, the funny thing is they promised optimization (PC, which I'm still waiting for) for August but never delivered. They just keep adding new dinos and think we would forget. Playing on Ultra settings, with tweaks at 1080p gets me about 37 fps, its the same at High, medium and low.
Looks like Kojima-san is scouting for some talent. Maybe the formation of an elite studio with the best in the business?
Maybe he should visit From Software, just think about a souls game with a story as rich as Metal Gear excites me.
